Meet Leah
Hi, I’m Leah—a mom, yoga instructor, martial artist, and licensed special education teacher. My work is grounded in a wellness journey and commitment to helping my family and others strengthen their mind, body, and resilience. I have formally studied and practiced yoga, martial arts and special education. My life experiences have led me down some colorful roads to pursue deeper research and connections in nutrition, meditation, my faith, and conflict resolution. I’m originally from the Chicago suburbs, where my family and I now live, though my yoga path began in San Diego.

Online and in-person services are fully customizable for individuals or families, with the flexibility to join a supportive community or engage in private, exclusive sessions, designed for those seeking a more tailored approach.
